Invoicing, Returns and Credit Policy

In keeping with current Consumer Law Legislation,

We are more than happy to exchange, repair or refund when items we sell that don’t meet the required standard they are intend to meet or not perform as advertised or claimed.

Customers sometimes make errors in selecting items and  we are happy to exchange items and we may ask for some recompense to cover admin, banking and accounting activities and costs, this may be waived at our discretion.

Generally items that are cut to length, manufactured, assembled or bought in for specifically for a customer are non-returnable, we reserve the right not to accept a return or credit for these items, but at our discretion this may be waived in some circumstance and restocking fee of 50% will apply.

Other items that are retuned for credit will incur a 50% restocking fee to cover administration, banking and accounts processing costs.

If items are damaged or not returned in original condition and with original packaging  and not returned with 7 days of purchase will not be accepted back for credit, unless by prior agreement.

All restocking fees may be waived or reduced in some circumstances at The Rigging Shed managements discretion

Please also note as a guide we have a minimum $20 invoice value.
