Today, Axel Johnson International’s Lifting Solutions business group entered into a definitive agreement to acquire five lifting companies in Australia – The Rigging Shed, Lifting Victoria, Elevate Lifting & Rigging, Schillings Hoisting Equipment and On Call Lifting, effective 31 August 2021.
With 10 sites strategically located across Australia, the companies will form a group under the leadership of Steven Flint, currently the Managing Director of The Rigging Shed.
The way The Rigging Shed operate and how we interact is not changing, we will continue to operate under the same trading name as we do today. However, there will be a change of entity, ABN and bank details effective from 1 September 2021. We will advise our customers, suppliers and stakeholders of these changes in due course.
We do not foresee the transition impacting the way you conduct business with us. The relationships we have with you today will remain and you will continue to deal with the people you know and trust.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
